The new Arc De Triomphe dangle charm is full of detail including hidden hearts and sparkling cubic zirconia stones. A little oxidised heart is stamped onto the bale and the Pandora logo is engraved on the bottom. The Pandora Arc de Triomphe Dangle Charm (798127CZ) is available in France, Belgium, Finland and possibly elsewhere in Europe. However it is not available in the UK or Italy. Pandora Windmill Charm (798126)€39 The new Pandora Windmill charm is similar to the older Windmill from but with lots more detail and in my opinion much cuter! The wooden slats are narrower and beautifully textured and tiny tulips grow either side of the door. Tiny cut out hearts decorate the turbine bales, a rounded love heart sits at the centre and another heart hides on the bottom. This charm is so sweet I am thinking of visiting Holland so I can buy it as a souvenir! Currently I believe that the Pandora Windmill Charm (798126) will be available in much of Europe. However it is not available in the UK or Italy.
