Important information
Except for official brand partners, VaultBase has no connection to or affiliation with the brands whose items are offered for sale on the platform. All services related to authenticity verification and quality control are carried out independently of the respective brands.
We want our community to be able to discover, buy, and sell pre-owned luxury jewellery with full confidence. That's why we take authenticity concerns very seriously. Although we apply strict authenticity and quality checks, these measures are not error-free. If you have doubts about the authenticity of your purchase, please contact our customer service immediately. Under our terms and conditions, purchases of non-authentic items are fully refunded.
