The new PANDORA Suitcase charm is decked with various ’stickers’, including a heart, star, winking face and of course the PANDORA Crown logo. Notice too, that as this is a modern suitcase it has little wheels underneath it unlike the older classic Suitcase (790362) charm. Plus when you unlock the catch it opens to reveal the message ’Ready to explore’ and pink enamel detail. There is also a PANDORA Disney Parks version of this charm which features special Disney stickers in colourful enamel.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
