You have 14 days from delivery to check the piece. If it does not match the listing, is not authentic, or is made of a different material than stated, contact us within that window and send it back. Your payment stays with VaultBase until then and is only released to the seller afterwards.

Under our terms and conditions, the following applies:

Beyond that, private sellers offer no general right of return: a piece that arrives exactly as described but does not fit or no longer appeals to you cannot be sent back. In that case we relist it commission free at your purchase price, and only a handling fee applies.
Beyond that, there is no general statutory right of return when you buy from a professional seller. Whether a dealer offers exchanges and returns for any other reason is up to them. It is best to ask the dealer before buying which terms apply to this item.
