Inspired by the glittering stars, this sterling silver collier necklace features an asymmetric sparkling star pendant with a frame of clear cubic zirconia stones. Suspended in the centre is a spinning mini star with a single stone set in the middle. An additional sweet detail is the tiny cut out star that hangs at the end of the extension chain.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
