A delicate pendant, shaped as an ear of wheat, hangs elegantly from a gorgeous 70cm chain, with a sliding clasp allowing you to adjust it to your preferred length. I love how the ’stalk’ of the pendant is looped and tied to form the pendants’ slender bale. Tiny cubic zirconia stones are scattered prettily around on the sides of the wheat. PANDORA Sterling Silver Necklace (397723) $65 USD / £55 / €59 / $79 AUD / $75 CAD Everyone needs a staple silver necklace and as this one has an adjustable sliding clasp, it is perfect for both high and low necklines. PANDORA Gate of Love Necklace (367734) $125 USD / $140 CAD Hidden inside an ornate heart shaped gate is a little golden heart in PANDORA Shine, 18K gold-plated sterling silver. The delicate necklace chain features pretty silver beading and can be adjusted to three different lengths. While I love the look of this necklace I would be a bit worried that the locket might open unexpectedly causing the golden heart to fall out.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
