Roses and hearts are both traditional love themes and both feature in this chunky heart shaped charm. Clear cubic zirconia stones form a sparkling border while tattoo style roses are etched into the side surrounded by cut out hearts and leaves. Different sized roses sit on either side of the charm creating a beautiful texture. Country Exclusive

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
