After retiring the older Clover charms, PANDORA has now produced a new two tone version. A single 18k gold plated clover sits gently on this smooth silver charm with its four leaves raised slightly. Although I quite like this design I preferred the retired two tone Clover (790387) charm which illustrated finding a four leaf clover hidden amongst clovers with three leaves. PANDORA Shine Openwork Flower Charm (767853)$55 USD / £40 / €39 / $59 AUD / $55 CAD The Openwork Flower Charm has a beautiful celtic feel which reminds me of the retired 14k Gold Openwork Cone Flower Charm (750821SPB). Although I would have been happier to see this charm produced in 14k gold I do think it is a very pretty design.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
