The new Cat Charm is also very cute with her little fish dangling from her collar. Little tuffs of hair surround her pretty face and black enamel details emphasis her eyes and nose. As a crazy cat lady I would have preferred this charm to be threaded on the bracelet rather than a pendant charm. I am also a little disappointed that there is only one new cat charm but three different dog charms. But I guess as cats have taken over the internet maybe it is only fair that dogs take over Pandora!

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
