The dreamcatcher is one of Pandora’s most popular charms. Like the Spiritual Dreamcatcher (797200) the new Dreamcatcher charm features three hanging feathers and an intricate lattice design. However the new version has a heart shaped element with a beautiful pattern which spirals inwards to a tiny heart centre. The two of the charm is engraved with the message ’Dreams of the heart’.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
