The new Pandora Heart & Disc Dangle is my favourite of the engravable charms. A little heart hangs at an angle in front of the disc and clear cubic zirconia stones are set into the slim bale. Disclaimer: I do not have much information on the Pandora Engravable Heart & Disc Dangle Charm (799212C01) and have not received confirmation that it will be released.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
