Lots of Pandora fans have requested a dragon charm and Pandora have listened! As previous dragon charms were Chinese zodiac symbols, this is the first actual dragon character charm. He appears to be a friendly fellow and is captured mid flight with his feet tucked in and wings spread. The chunky silver bale is engraved with the message ’You are magic’. Pandora Punk Ballerina Shoes Charm (798339CZ)$50 USD / £40 / €45 / $59 AUD / $55 CAD The Pandora Autumn 2019 Collection features fresh new designs of older charms such as the retired Ballet Slippers (790520PCZ) charm which had a tiny pair of slippers hanging from a large bale. The shoes on the new charm are much larger and are laced with bright pink enamel ribbon. Each shoe is decorated differently; one with sparkling stones and the other with a punk style heart and arrow motif. Pandora Heart Treble Clef Charm (798346)$35 USD / £25 / €29 / $39 AUD / $40 CAD The Sweet Music Treble Clef (791381CZ) charm has also had a makeover in the new collection. I prefer the newer version which is free from cubic zirconia stones and incorporates a heart shape with a treble clef. It would be a charming gift for musicians! Pandora 2019 Autumn: New Pandora Friends Pandora Pippo the Flying Pig Charm (798253)$40 USD / £30 / €35 / $49 AUD / $45 CAD The Pandora Autumn 2019 Collection includes some new friends. First is Pippo the Flying Pig, a hopeful character who proves that anything is possible. He was so tired of hearing the expression ‘when pigs fly’ that he grew a set of wings and taught himself how to fly! Like many pigs, Pippo is fond of truffles and carries them as snacks for his travels.

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
