Although it may seem a little strange for a Japanese Doll charm to feature in the Pandora Chinese New Year 2020 Collection, the holiday doesn’t go unmarked in Japan. The new Pandora Japanese Doll is beautiful with a shimmering dark and light blue enamel kimono. Small silver flowers decorate the outfit and a pretty hair accessory sits in the dolls black enamel hair. Pale blue stones adorn the slim silver bale. Pandora 2020 Club Charm

Fakes are often well made. These checks help, but they do not replace an examination by a professional.

Hallmark

The stamp a genuine piece carries is shown above, next to the material. Good fakes copy the stamp, so also check its position and size.

Shape and details

Compare the piece with the photo above: outline, enamel colours, position and number of stones, lettering.

Magnet

Silver and gold are not magnetic. If the piece sticks to a magnet, it is not genuine.

Price

An offer far below the original price is a warning sign.

Packaging

A genuine box or receipt proves nothing about the piece inside it.

On VaultBase, the seller is paid only once you have received the piece.
